Academic Research

The focus of current research is at the intersection of printing technologies, digital printing, and IT solutions. Particular attention is devoted to the development of optimization and forecasting models in sublimation, DTF printing, and machine embroidery, as well as to the design of intelligent quality control systems within the framework of Industry 4.0, and the modeling of small-run manufacturing processes using fuzzy logic.
Scientific publications cover the following topics:
- quality prediction in sublimation and DTF printing on textile materials;
- modeling of post-press processes in IIoT environments;
- cybersecurity of robotic sorting systems in printing logistics;
- digital transformation of small-batch production using fuzzy computation;
- adaptive solutions for printing and machine embroidery of Braille script for the creation of inclusive printed products.
This research activity is closely integrated with teaching practice at the National University “Lviv Polytechnic”, where an interdisciplinary approach to education is actively implemented. Research findings are applied as practical case studies in student training across fields such as computer vision, robotics, automated systems, information technologies, digital printing, and production process optimization.
