The sublimation method is used for printing on textile materials with a content of at least 50% synthetic fibers and provides high wear resistance, the ability to retain color even after a large number of washes. This printing method is carried out at a high temperature, thanks to which the ink turns into a gaseous state and is permanently transferred to the surface.

What is produced by the sublimation method:

  • flags and winders (from 1pc)
  • sports uniform (football, basketball, etc.) (from 10 sets)
  • buffs (from 20 pieces)
  • backpacks (from 20 pieces)

Sublimation printing on clothes and fabric is a service from the Pakotek company

What is sublimation printing? This is a method of applying an image to clothes, which involves heating the paint, which, under the influence of temperature, changes its state from solid to gaseous. After that, it is transferred to the tissue and penetrates deeply into it. As a result, a very stable image is formed.

Applying the image with the help of sublimation printing occurs only on clothes made of artificial fibers. The material may also contain cotton (in small quantities). In addition, it is worth considering that the brightest prints can be obtained by applying them on a light base. Special reactive sublimation inks are used for printing. They guarantee a high quality result and a competitive price.

The production process involves the presence of two main stages. First, a logo, print or other image is printed on a temporary carrier.

For this purpose, the file is flipped to later transfer it to paper that cannot absorb ink. It is transferred from paper to canvas. To do this, paper and fabric are combined face to face and the workpiece is placed under the press. Pressure and high temperature contribute to the transition of the paint to a gaseous state. It penetrates the fibers and is securely attached to the clothes.
