1. What services does Pakotek provide?
Finishing of textile products, namely printing and embroidery of logos, emblems, inscriptions on T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, caps, aprons, eco-bags, backpacks, etc.
2. What type of clothing do you offer for branding?
Products for branding that are available in the warehouse:
– T-shirts (regular, polo and long-sleeve); – raglans (hoodies, sweatshirts, hoodies with a zipper); – fleece jackets; – caps (5- and 6-panel, trackers, snapbacks); – hats; – tank tops (balloon and fleece); – aprons; – eco-bags; – backpacks; – plaids; – umbrellas; – towels, etc.
3. What is the minimum edition that can be ordered and do you order in one copy?
We offer minimum editions for each type of application: – thermal transfer printing – from 1 piece – direct digital printing – from 1 piece – silk screen printing – from 10 pieces – machine embroidery – from 5 pieces More detailed information can be provided by our manager.
4. How to calculate the cost of the order?
For the correct calculation of the order, we need the following information:
– What type of clothing or textile do you want to brand?
– What number are you interested in?
– What exactly do you want to apply (logo, image, inscription), its size and location?
– Logo, image or inscription should be sent to us by e-mail pakkotek@gmail.com
– After receiving all the information, we calculate and visualize your order.
5. Do you put prints on the client’s clothes or fabric?
So. You can provide clothes or fabric (cut). It all depends on the composition of the fabric and the type of application. This requires you to provide us with a sample garment or cut for test printing. Only after the test can we take the print run for printing or embroidery.
6. What are the file requirements for plotting?
Most drawing methods require .cdr, .eps, .ai, .pdf vector files. Send all files to the e-mail address pakkotek@gmail.com . Our manager will contact you with more detailed information.
7. Is there a general price list with prices for all products?
No. All orders are calculated individually. The formation of the price is influenced by many factors: the type of product, the circulation, the number of colors applied, the specifics of printing, etc.
8. What are the rules of care for branded products?
– clothes should be washed at a temperature of 30 degrees;
– washing is done inside out;
– it is better to wash by hand, or delicate mode in the washing machine
– use washing powder for colored fabrics that do not contain bleaches;
– iron only inside out at a temperature regime designed for delicate fabrics
9. Can I visit your office?
So. We are open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Mon-Fri. You can visit us at any time convenient for you, but first call the manager.
