Banner Lift Flagpole

Key difference from the “Banner Bar” flagpole
In the “Banner Bar” model, the pole must be tilted to replace the flag.
In the “Banner Lift” model, the banner arm can be lowered to a convenient height without tilting the flagpole. This makes the structure much more convenient for regular maintenance and banner replacement.
