File requirements for printing
Files must have a high enough resolution (300 dpi or greater) to ensure quality printing. This is especially important for detailed images. The minimum permissible resolution is 150 dpi.

The file must be without extra/additional layers. Purely transparent background. Translucent is prohibited.
